My son, Brian, is graduating from Texas Tech University on Saturday, December 15, 2007, with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. He has worked so hard these last 4 years, and I could not be more proud of him. Hopefully, I will get some good pictures.

Paul L. Foster is chairman and chief executive officer of Western Refining, Inc., a company he formed in 1997. Western purchased the former Texaco refinery in El Paso, Texas in 2000, and in 2003, bought ChevronTexaco’s refinery in El Paso. Operations of the two refineries were combined so that now, it is a single combined refining operation located in the heart of El Paso.
